Spring tours have included San Antonio, St. Louis, Kansas City, Memphis, and Dallas/FtWorth. Check out the video of this year's spring tour.
A comprehensive graded choir program, this area of the music ministry focuses on children from age three to sixth grade, with a total of seven choirs for this age group. Children’s choirs rehearse each Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 6:25 pm. These choirs work on scripture memory songs and hymns as well as performances for the Christmas and spring programs. Awards are given at the spring program for completion of memory work and attendance. Click here for our 2015-2016 Music & Missions booklet.
Our Theme – Living in the Light
Light is mentioned throughout the Bible as a literal presence or as a powerful metaphor and a symbol for our spiritual lives. Theme concepts about light are expressed in both concrete and abstract ways so that children of all ages can know Jesus as the Light of the World and walk as children of light.
We have a children’s choir available for every child from ages 3 years – 6th grade.
We encourage parents to take advantage of this Bible teaching arm for preschoolers and children.
You may pre enroll your child at the table near the Preschool Welcome Center.
Children’s Choir will begin on Wednesday, September 2, 5:30-6:30 pm
“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12
