The recreation ministry of South Tulsa Baptist Church exists to strengthen God’s people, body, mind, and soul, and to seek and save those who are lost.
"Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind, press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus"
STBC Men's Hoops!
Connect on the courts with other guys from STBC. Starting Thursday, August 6 (7-9pm), STBC men will be playing basketball in the gym on a weekly basis. Mark your calendars now. This is a great opportunity for fun and fellowship.
All Star/3C Sports basketball is a ministry our church offers to our children ages 5-14.
We would love to have our church members coach these teams with the help of some of the team parents. All Stars/3C Sports is a program that shares Christ as well as Biblical life lessons, all while teaching good basketball skills.
So what we are asking is for volunteers to coach our teams. Wither you have children or grandchildren of playing age, an empty nester or have high school age kids. We would love to have you as part of this ministry. You don’t have to be a basketball star we just need willing hearts. We will provide all that you need to have a successful ministry as well as a successful season. Contact Karen Pirtle to help out.
