PAINTBALL: SEPT 12TH 12-5:30pm @ PAINTBALL LAND $25
Paintball Land is a Christian owned and operated field. We’ll leave the church at noon and get back around 5::30pm.  Bring some extra money for a fast food meal on the way.  The cost is $25 which includes the equipment and 500 paintballs.  More paintballs are available for purchase if necessary. Make sure you wear long shirts and pants. CAR SHOW: SEPTEMBER 19TH 5-7pm (Outreach Opportunity)
Join us for the 7th Annual South Tulsa Baptist Car Show from 5 PM to 7 PM on Sunday, September 19. We are planning for over 300 cars this year from Model T's to Dodge Vipers. You will be able to enjoy the best burgers and dogs you have ever tasted! Everything is free if you register. We are accepting donations of non-perishable food for our Ministry Center in West Tulsa. Come join the fun and see some great cars and meet our church family. The best Praise Band in Tulsa will be playing all kinds of music. SEE YOU AT THE POLE: SEPTEMBER 22ND @ 7:00am
For 20 years now, See You at the Pole has been about students leading out in prayer, asking God to reveal Who He is on campuses all over the United States and the world. On Wednesday, September 22, at 7 a.m., GATHER at your school flagpole, PRAY for your school, friends, families, and world. ASK God to REVEAL who He is to your campus. Pray for AWAKENING. PARENT’S MEETING: OCTOBER 3RD (7:00pm)
Batman and Robin...? Parents Meeting...? Parents are to be the main faith builder in a teenagers life.  The youth ministry is here to serve and support parents.  So...parents are Batman and the youth ministry is Robin! :) We’ll be having a parents and youth workers meeting in the youth room to discuss how we can work together and talk about upcoming events and programs.  It is important that you come to this meeting for several reasons. 1) To show your love and support, 2) to fill out important documents, (bring ins. card) 3) to be informed, and 4) to let us get to know you a little bit better! Join us!

 
WEDNESDAY NIGHTS: YOUTH SERVICE / YOUTH CHOIR
The fall Wednesday night schedule is officially underway!  This is a great time to make a fresh commitment to be a part of the youth choir and youth service on Wednesday nights.  The church provides a wonderful dinner starting at 4:45pm, youth choir starts at 5:30pm in the choir room (just north of the worship center), and the youth service starts at 6:30pm in the youth room.  The youth service is a large group fellowship that offers truth to everyday real life issues.  The atmosphere, live band, videos, games, and unique teaching makes this one of the most exciting nights of the week.  You won’t wanna miss it!

 
GIRLS AND GUYS MINISTRY: BIBLE STUDIES
CHICKS FOR CHRIST will be meeting every other Monday night at the church from 7-9pm starting. This months meetings will be Sept 13th and 27th. All girls 7th-12th grade are welcome and so are their friends. Contact Karen for more information karen@stbc.net   
SOLDIERS OF CHRIST is the youth guy’s ministry that meets every Tuesday after school.  We typically grab some food, have a Bible study at the church, and then do outreach.  Contact Brian if you’d like to be picked up after school. brian@stbc.net  
  
MISSION BELIZE: CENTRAL AMERICA (MARCH 12-19) $1200
We’ll once again be going to do missions in Belize this coming Spring Break.  Belize is a great place for our students to be introduced to International Missions because: it allows them to see one of the poorest places in the world, the people speak English, it’s low in cost for an international trip, it’s just a short flight away, it’s safe, it’s fun, we’ve been there several time, and most of all people’s lives will be changed including ours!   The trip be $1200 before fundraisers which will begin soon along with service projects and training.  Spots are limited!
